On our 4-hour drive to Jaco Beach, our driver stopped at the Tarcoles River so that we could get a few photos. This river is famous for the enormous American Crocodiles that live below the bridge. On any given day, one can stop and look down to see a dozen or more of these goliaths! I'm not sure our photo does any justice to just how large these crocodiles really are! They are huge!
