More Wildlife Awaits Us!

Well, after surviving all the waterfall rappels this morning....we had to quickly pack our bags and leave our Chalet at the Arenal Lodge.  We were on our way to Jaco Beach for our last two nights in Costa Rica. 

This beach area is well-known for its waves and great surfing!  According to a few of our tour guides....the area is also known for its nocturnal wildlife....and they weren't talking about your typical animal.  It seems the nightlife in this beach town is quite popular with the locals....and the wildlife would be wearing high heels on the streets every night.  Oh boy!

Hey!  We were coming for a day on the beach and surf lessons.....nothing more, nothing less!
